Max Strap: How To

Attach the Max Strap to a cable using the D Handle. You can then use any of the three grip lengths to perform a wide range of exercises. Here are some cable exercises that it can be used for.

Triceps

Overhead triceps extension (close grip)

Triceps pushdown (neutral, wide, or close grip)

Single-arm pushdown (with one side of the strap)

Biceps

Cable curls (wide or close grip)

Hammer curls (using side loops for neutral grip)

Back & Shoulders

Face pulls (great with the multiple grip options)

Straight-arm pulldowns (wide grip)

Seated or standing rows (close, neutral, or wide grip)

Lat pulldowns (neutral grip or wide grip)

Core

Ab crunches (kneeling or standing)

Woodchoppers (high to low / low to high)

Pallof press

Oblique twists

Lower Body

Cable pull-throughs

Cable resisted sissy squat

Cable resisted step back lunges
